The offered insurance covers all the stages of logistic process: cargo loading to vehicle, re-loading/storage at the transit warehouse on the route, transportation, shipment of cargo to the customer. When being transported the cargo is insured based on the price declared by the supplier in export/transit declaration and invoice. Cost of insurance differs depending on transportation route, cargo type and price and a number of other factors. At the occurrence of an insured accident our experts prepare all required documents, carry out inspection and assessment of the damaged cargo and submit this data to the insurance company. The only thing the customer should do is to send the claim with the information on insured accident occurrence to us. Insured accident payments are made within 7-20 days according to an insured amount.
